A Macomb County Jury awarded a DTE energy employee $84,000 for injuries to his hand. The Defendants, Cher Car Kennels and Cheryl Carlson, were performing a dog training seminar when one of their dogs bit his hand. There was no offer on the case. Since the trial, the Judge in the case has since awarded additional sanctions of $60,000 against the Defendants.
