Joseph “Joe” Gale is a trial lawyer that specializes in personal injury law, focusing on car crashes and premises liability cases. He is licensed to practice law in all Michigan state courts, as well as in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Michigan, the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Michigan, and the U.S. Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals. He is a member of the State Bar of Michigan, the Oakland County Bar Association, and the Michigan Association for Justice.
Joe earned his Bachelor of Business Administration/Pre-Law degree from the Eli Broad College of Business at Michigan State University. He then attended Wayne State University Law School, where he earned his Juris Doctor.
Joe previously worked as a defense attorney, where he represented various insurance companies and large corporations, which provides him with valuable insight into the workings of big insurance companies and their lawyers, which he now uses to his clients’ advantage.
