HOW IS ELDER ABUSE TYPICALLY MANIFESTED?

Nursing homes throughout California are held to a certain standard of care. When they break this duty of care, you may be able to take legal action against the facility as a whole or against one employee in particular. The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) recognizes six different forms of abuse commonly transpiring against adults age 60 and older.
